Our blogs are filled with ideas, recipes and stories written by us, for you. Below is an excerpt of some of our recent blog articles, we hope you like them!
So this week it feels like winter has finally arrived in Scotland, its cold, its icy, and there is snow on the hills. That does not stop me hunting for cocktail ingredients though… but is there even anything edible still out there?
We love nature, and the crawly, wriggling, buzzing and hopping beasties love our garden. They are our tiny gardener buddies!! The worms and beetles help make compost and aerate our soil, our buzzing friends help pollinate our flowers and the cute frogs and newts make us happy (and yes, they have very important jobs in the food chain too). Without them all there would be no delicious botanicals to put in our tonic waters so it is important we take good care of them.
Tonight I am delighted that I can pair the delicious Badachro gin with our On the Moor tonic - which contains botanicals from exactly the same remote North Western part of the Scottish Highlands!
Tonights zingy yet floral G&T has the taste of summer and the smell of roses, garnished with an oversized rose petal ice cube.
